Make-Up Request Form

Make-UP Policy

If you are enrolled in a swim program that has 8 or more classes and missed a class for any reason, we're happy to schedule one (1) make-up per session.

Please read the following guidelines carefully:

The missed class can only be made up that same session.
We do not carry over make-up classes to other sessions.
A make-up cannot be done on the first week of a session.
There are no make-ups for missed make-ups.
We do not offer a choice of instructor for your make-up class, class availability is based solely on matching students by ability, age, and class ratio.

Make-up requests must be submitted by filling out a Make-Up Request Form or make-ups may not be granted.

Make-up requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to your missed class. We may not respond to or grant a make-up if your request is late. Requests will be responded to Monday through Friday during office hours.
